Richard Power Hoffmann - Writer, Director
Upon graduating from New York University in 1996, Richard Power Hoffmann returned to his native Philadelphia and began creating a variety of personal and work-for-hire film and videos through his company, Coyopa Productions. He has received three fellowships from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, and his films have won awards at festivals around the world. Rich served as an active board member of the Philadelphia Independent Film and Video Association (PIFVA) from 2001-2006, and was president for his last three years.
Rich lives in Media, PA with his wife, Holly, their two children, Casper and Sylvia, and their large dog Leo. He enjoys fine dark chocolate, good beer, playing games with his family, meditating, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jon Shearburn - Editor, Gentleman
After studying film at Fordham University in NYC, Jon graduated in 2000 and returned to Philadelphia. Since then he has worked on a variety of projects ranging from commercials to documentaries to feature films as well as personal projects. He earned the nickname J-Res on the “Invisible Mountains” shoot for his resourcefulness and Boy Scout skills. He created the DVD for “Invisible Mountains” and has edited numerous projects for Coyopa.
Jon enjoys a good pint of Guinness, watching soccer on Saturdays, and listening to records. He would trade the Philadelphia Eagles losing every single game in the rest of the team's existence for the Philadelphia Flyers winning the Stanley Cup just once in the next 5 years. Jon maintains dual Irish citizenship for reasons known only to him.
Peter Tramo - Composer, Engineer
Peter first began working with Coyopa in 2001 at age 21, when he created the haunting score and sound design for "Invisible Mountains". His trademark compositions and aural wizardry have been an integral part of every project since. Peter's quiet demeanor on location and in the studio lie in sharp contrast to his commanding stage presence when he moonlights as a singer-songwriter. His excellent debut CD "Up & Down" is a tasty blend of folk rock infused with soulful melodies. You can purchase it at our store.
Peter could care less about sports, preferring campfires, star-gazing, and breaking hearts to watching overpaid knuckleheads. His strict diet of dried cranberries and double espressos ensure that he is capable of handling any sonic challenge. Check out his myspace page for more information and some great music.

Monica Moran - Marketing Director
Monica joined Coyopa in late 2007 as the marketing director. She brings a wealth of experience from a ten-year career as a theater artist and educator. She has performed at venues including the Nuyorican Poets Cafe and the Theater Studio in NYC, and at Lantern Theater, Venture Theater, and several Philly Fringe Festivals. Monica has done radio, voice over, and commercial work, performed as a principal actor in the Rehoboth Summer Children's Theater for two seasons, and toured the East Coast with both Theater Caravan and Duet Productions. She took a quick dip into corporate America a little while ago, but found she prefers deeper waters and more creative sailing, and is so glad to have found a place on board with Coyopa.
Monica lives in Yeadon, right outside beautiful West Philly, with her husband Dan and her new daughter Kira. You can often find her reading a good book, trying to keep up with her garden, and laughing with friends and family.
